We work in four phases. Most clients start with the assessment and decide the rest afterwards.
Assessment
We inventory what runs today, where the data lives, what the licensing actually costs and which of it can be replaced with open components. You get a written plan, not a slide deck.
Build
We install the platform from the template, adapt it to your organisation structure, connect your identity source and migrate existing data with a rollback plan for every step.
Migrate
Mail, files, calendars and archives move over in stages. Staff keep working during the change; the old system stays available until the last mailbox is cut over.
Operate
Monitoring, backup verification, certificate management and monthly patch windows — with a documented handover if you want to bring it in-house later.
What every handover includes
- The full stack defined as versioned configuration files
- Documentation in the internal knowledge base, not in a PDF nobody finds
- A backup chain with two off-site targets and one completed restore drill
- Monitoring dashboards and alert routing to the people who act on them
- A training session for your own administrators
Not sure which phase you need?
A short call is usually enough to tell whether you need a migration, a rebuild, or just monitoring on what already runs.
