We are a systems integration practice. We do not resell licences and we do not host on infrastructure we cannot explain. Everything on this website runs on servers we operate ourselves — the same template we sell, with no special version for the shop window.
How we work
The platform is described in configuration files kept under version control. Changes go through a review, not through a shell session on a Friday afternoon. When something breaks, the first question is what changed, and the answer is a commit.
We document in the customer’s own knowledge base, so the documentation survives us. And we build every installation so that a competent administrator can take it over without calling us — that is the point of using open components and standard protocols.
Data protection
Customer data stays on infrastructure inside the European Union. We use European providers where hosting is rented, and we configure mail security records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) correctly rather than approximately.
