The platform is installed from the template at the location you chose.

Where exactly does our data sit?

In the country you select during setup — the list above shows the options. You receive it in writing, with the host name, so your data protection officer can verify it.

Can we move our existing mailboxes?

Yes. We migrate mail, calendars and contacts with a rollback plan for every stage, and the old server stays reachable until the last account has moved.

What if we want to leave?

You get the platform as configuration files plus a documented export path. No data is held hostage and no function is licence-locked.
